His company’s Xtractor data analysis engine reads resumes and other documents and converts them into data records. “To manually process resumes and documents would cost about £1.50 or £2 per resume, based on it taking 15 to 20 minutes to process each one,” he claims. “We can do it in two seconds per resume.”
