As soon as a job application arrives to a consultant mailbox Candidate Capture creates a new record on the database or updates an existing record if such candidate has already been registered.
Apart from personal and contact information, work and educational histories, qualifications and skills, Candidate Capture also extracts vital tracking information and automatically links candidate records to vacancies they applied (or suitable) for, as well as recording source of application and other important data which is used for management reporting.
With optional integration with the client's website, Candidate Capture offers a robust and candidate-friendly application process, whereby applicants can register in a matter of seconds by just uploading their resumes. The engine immediately auto-populates the application form, so applicants only need to verify their details and submit the form.
